The materials for this job should be with you the day before the work commences.

We kindly request you to review the following Terms and Conditions that govern our loft insulation
services. By confirming your booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please take a moment
to read through the information provided below:

Service Booking: 1.1. The booking confirmation is subject to the availability of our services for
your desired date and location. 1.2. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the service booking
in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen service
disruptions. In such cases, we will make every effort to inform you in advance and arrange an
alternative appointment.
Service Scope: 2.1. The loft insulation service includes the installation of insulation materials
according to industry standards to improve energy efficiency and thermal performance. 2.2. Our
team will perform the service with due diligence and care, taking necessary precautions to protect
your property during the process.
Payment Terms: 3.1. A deposit is taken to get booked in to our schedule and then remaining
Payment for the loft insulation service is due upon completion of the job. 3.2. We accept cash,
credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods. Our team will provide you with an
invoice detailing the service cost and any additional charges, if applicable. Once the job is
complete, we will send the remaining invoice balance to you to be paid. If we do not receive
payment within 5 working days, we reserve the right to charge the card.
3.3. In the event of unforeseen complications or additional services requested during the job, we
will communicate any changes in pricing before proceeding.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: 4.1. If you need to cancel the service booking you may lose your
deposit. If you’re wanting to reschedule you appointment with us please notify us at least 48 hours
in advance. 4.2. In the event of a cancellation due to reasons beyond your control, such as health
emergencies or natural disasters, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative appointment
without any additional charges.
Liability: 5.1. Pro Insulation UK LTD shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising
from the installation process unless directly caused by negligence on our part. This includes moving
items around in the loft if necessary for us to do so and we will inform the client before hand. 5.2.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues with your property that may affect the
effectiveness of the insulation. 5.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the loft is accessible and
safe for our team to perform the service.
Customer Satisfaction: 7.1. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns or feedback
about our services, please contact us within 7 days of the completion date, and we will address them
promptly.
